Our web based system will allow the user to provide real time management information to reconcile the booking of your non-permanent staff. Clients will be able to capture all the necessary data enabling you to manage, budget and forecast more effectively. You will be able to track exact spend by job category and location. By using our web based system you will be able to analyse your spend and react to budgetary requirements accordingly .

Compliance

Legislative compliance is becoming increasingly important. Our Clients are experiencing more regulation which include the Agency Workers Regulations and Pension Auto Enrolment. Hunterskill appreciate industries are more regulated and we work to ensure your organisation and of course us as your agency, adhere to the legal requirements.

We will establish a Service Agreement to ensure we operate to one standard set of terms and conditions, this ensures we perform against and achieve Key Performance Indicators. The agreement is designed to mitigate the risk of legal exposure and to set the required agency service levels.

Our online compliance function allows for mandatory and non-mandatory items to be added to each job. Our compliance functionality operate as a filter to ensure you get the most suitable candidates available. We continually monitor any changes in the law and ensure that Service Agreements are regularly reviewed in line with new legislation. We work closely with Clients and Professional bodies offering their knowledge and expertise to reduce the risk of litigation and legal exposure.
