The Consultant will also be able to advise on salary levels for the position, and give honest advice on current market trends.

We like to arrange to visit your premises as soon as we receive the vacancy / booking. This enables us to understand the company culture and working environment and develop a thorough understanding of the personality and skills required. This visit is the first step in establishing a two-way communication process, building a trusting relationship between the client and the Consultant.
