Hunterskill Recruitment are looking for an Operation Administrator/ Controller to work in Tilbury.

Operation Administrator/ Controller

Reports to:
Suzanne Carpenter

1. Purpose of the Job:

* Assisting with the management of data quality for Branch.
* Auto Rating Sales and Costs
* Resolving Issues and finding solutions to avoid them again.
* Reporting opportunities , issues and recommending procedure changes.
* Accounting and operational KPI analysis.
* Monitoring and using group systems.
* Validation and cleansing of data.
* Assisting with specific projects and tasks within the branch
* Creating SOP

2. Key Activities:

* Communication skills
* Team Player but be able to work on their own initiative
* Be able to work to dead lines
* Flexible at month end
* Strong charter who does not mind questioning processes

3. Key Competencies:

* Education

5 GCSEs .

* Professional Experience

* Financial and operational experience would be an advantage
* Analytical skills
* Technical Skills Good with numbers / reporting

* Behavioural Aptitudes

Works well part of a team and also looking for smarter /better working practises
Salary: 26000 per annum
