Purpose of the role

To be the key interface between our apartment owners and PegasusLife. You'll help everyone settle into their new homes and lead the lifestyle they are aiming for. You will be the first person that everyone turns to for everything from changing a light bulb, devising and organising social events such as monthly cream teas or summer BBQ's, providing information about 'what's on' in the area and local walks and help with the paperwork that life throws at them. As you'll be the building's host you'll focus on fostering a warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. You'll also be our 'person on the ground'. The one who makes sure everything is ready for move-in day, ensures an effective maintenance service is provided, keeps the records and the events diary up to date and lets us know what's happening. Overall you will be the 'font of all knowledge', an expert in your field, with a passion for delivering a top quality service. Key responsibilities

1. Providing a proactive customer focused service identifying and providing owners with information on the local area including key services, events and places of interest

2. Ensuring the maintenance within the development is of a high standard, undertaking day to day tasks personally and arranging and co-ordinating other maintenance through relevant high quality local contractors .

3. Identifying and organising suitable social events and developing a community spirit.

4. Keeping the necessary records accurately and in a systematic way

5. Maintaining the events and visitors suite diaries.

6. Providing support for the Sales Manager (during the sales phase of the development)

7. Representing PegasusLife in a friendly, helpful, professional and approachable way

8. Ensuring all accounting for the development's budget is delivered in a completely transparent

9. Taking the lead on managing Health and Safety at the development

10. Keeping Pegasus Life informed of any notable events, breaches etc

11. Actively support owners during the moving and settling-in process, ensuring the appropriate procedures are always followed.
