Job description:
We are currently looking for a commis chef to work from one of our clients establishments in Blakeney.

The Job:
The role will involve looking after your section by preparing for menus, keeping your section stocked and ready for service. You should have some experience working with fresh food and be able to work under pressure.

The Person:
We are looking ideally for someone who is ambitious, disciplined and has passion for real food cooked fresh. The ideal candidate will come from a fresh food background or training, you will be creative, with a bit of flair for plate design. We want to produce cracking award winning pub food

* Annual salary £16,848
* 45 hours per week
