Job description:
Our client is currently seeking a Sous Chef to assist in the running of a busy kitchen that serves fresh food from a specialist menu.

During the absence of the head chef you will be managing the team of chefs in the hotel kitchen and will need to train them to ensure that the whole brigade is working to the standards expected by the company at all times.

As Sous Chef you will be responsible for assisting with the financial management of the department ensuring that you are working within budgets at all times without the standards of food produced being affected. This role will require you to remain hands on and control service times.


All chefs must have experience of catering for busy departments where all fresh food is used.

Live in facility is available for this position.
Salary: 25000 per annum
