Main Purpose:

To achieve best outcome for all stakeholders in the business by meeting and exceeding customer expectations and to deliver quality in all aspects of service in line with the clients values and the customer services policy.

Key Results Areas:

* Provide a quality food offer that reflects the Adnams values and Brand.
* Continually develop the offer in order to increase sales and profit.
* Work with the Hotel Manager to drive business success.
* Support the delivery of the Hotel business plan.
* Continually develop the kitchen team in order to meet the needs of future company growth.
* Be a role model for development style and culture within the business.
* Support the development and delivery of seasonal offers and events.
* Support delivery of business P&L, by month and year.
* Manage stock loss through process and controls.
* Ensure EHO, COSHH and fire regulations standards are met within kitchen and supporting areas.
* Support the development of staff knowledge through training.
* Drive productivity and monitor efficiency.
* Identify, encourage and support opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Resolve issues and feedback concerns with possible solutions to your manager.

* Maintain effective relationships with the wider Adnams team.

* Use a full range of culinary skills and techniques to create dishes of consistent quality.
* Ability to deliver creative menu designs.
* Manage and maintain the required GP.
* Coach, manage and influence others.

* Work closely with Hotel Manager to ensure business plan succeeds.

* Comply with health and safety at work and health and hygiene legislation at all times. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of operational standards, processes and systems.

* Any other task within skill set as required by manager.
Salary: 28000 per annum
