The Role:
As the host at Malt Yard in Woodbridge, you will be the hub of the development, providing a positive and service led approach to developing the community. Being the face of Pegasus Life's estate management company you'll help everyone settle into their new homes and facilitate the lifestyle they are aiming for. You are the person who brings magic to owning one of our apartments, seizing the opportunities to delight our owners with a service beyond their imagination. You are the first person that everyone turns to for everything═ż organising social events such as monthly bake off high tea and sun downer drinks events on the roof terrace to providing insights about the local area to changing a light bulb! You will be the fountain of all knowledge of all things local and will build strong and trustworthy relationships with local contractors and suppliers to ensure the building is maintained to the highest of standards. To live our not for profit approach you will be manage the onsite accounts, taking care of expenditure and ensuring great value for money. You are our person on the ground. Living our values and service ethos from move in day and beyond, coordinating and initiating new ways of delivering great living experience through building relationships with the owners and finding out what makes them tick. You will do what it takes to bring the vision of the care home to life and go above and beyond to surprise and delight customers in their new home.

What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an intuitive people person who's empathetic approach, warmth, and insight enable them to build relationships with all of our owners in the development. You'll be used to talking to people and using your instinct to go the extra mile. You will have plenty of energy and positivity to manage our service partners as well as budgets. Your approach means that you strive to exceed expectations, always putting the customer first, taking a long term view and treating every one with respect. Delighting our owners will be your focus, but you are also respectful when dealing with our partners and your colleagues. Motivation is important and you'll be able to work on your own initiative, but also contribute to the wider Care management team. As you would expect, our expectations are high and your experience will be key to meeting and exceeding them. You will have worked in a customer facing role, probably in tourism, hospitality or retail, meaning your communications skills will be excellent. You'll have experienced much of what the local areas.

Part ime hours, working 4 days on 4 days off. 16 hours per week minimum.
Salary: 15 per hour
