Job description:
My Client, a leading accountancy firm based in Ipswich have an immediate requirement for a Permanent, Full Time Payroll Administrator to join their busy, efficient team.

Duties to include:

 Preparation of weekly and monthly payroll runs under the supervision of the Payroll Manager.
 Processing client payrolls
 Collating information from clients in various forms, i.e. telephone, e-mail or fax
 Using Payroll SAGE software
 Producing spreadsheet analysis of timesheets and reconciling back to Payroll.
 Handling issues and enquiries in the unavailability of Payroll Manager.
 Billing and WIP managements.
 Bank payments for clients, as agreed.
 Operation of Auto Enrolment Pension Schemes.

The successful candidate must be computer literate with experience of the SAGE Payroll software. Candidates must also be familiar with current legislation, all aspects of employer payroll responsibilities and be able to work to tight deadlines, with excellent attention to detail.
Salary: 22000 per annum
