Job Description

```Duties:```
- Oversee all aspects of nursery operations, including plant care, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize plant health and growth.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality plants.
- Train and supervise nursery staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer interactions.
- Create attractive displays to showcase plants and attract customers.
- Assist customers with plant selection and provide expert advice on care and maintenance.
- Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in nursery management or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plants, including identification, care requirements, and common pests/diseases.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
